My Approach
As an actor and trainer in Los Angeles, I’ve always felt the pressure from the industry to look a certain way. It comes with the territory. But, the longer I’ve been here, the more I’ve come to realize that looking good for the camera can’t be the sole focus. Longevity, wellness, mental health and feeling good daily, have now become priorities in my fitness and nutritional regimes. My approach is all about a balanced lifestyle that leads to looking great and feeling better. In a city where crash diets, performance enhancing drugs, overtraining and under eating are rampant, I choose to do things differently.
Because everyone has different goals, fitness history and abilities, my training sessions are not one size fits all. I build comprehensive exercise programs for the individual to help meet your desired needs. I believe strongly in hypertrophy and strength based exercises to help build a foundation of muscle which leads to more strength, power, mobility, stability and a metabolism firing on all cylinders.

Connor got his start in fitness and personal training back in 2018. While completing his BFA in Acting for Film and Television, Connor began training at The Future Health Institute in downtown Los Angeles. Operating as a trainer primarily at Los Angeles Center Studios, Connor has had the privilege of conducting thousands of training sessions for individuals, corporate teams and film productions.
Connor has trained actors, executives and team members from major motion pictures, TV shows, startups and fashion brands including: Just Roll With it (Disney Channel), Glow (Netflix), Extraction (Netflix), Winning Time (HBO), Mank (Netflix), Painkiller (Netflix), BigShot (DisneyPlus), Karga Seven Productions, Fireside Pictures, PuffCo, Lucy in The Sky and More!
Connor has been a member of the training staffs at Future Health Los Angeles, The Toluca Lake Tennis and Fitness Club and a class instructor at Reisistanz LA.
Connor holds a Certified Personal Trainer (CPT) certificate from the National Council on Strength And Fitness (NCSF).
